Important information about your vacation

Getting here
The Randolins is easily accessible by car. You can find more details about directions and about electric cars here ». Are you travelling by train? Ask our front office team about the schedule of our hotel shuttle bus, which can pick you up at the St. Moritz railway station.

Parking
There is an outdoor parking which belongs to the Randolins complex.

Shuttle bus
Our free shuttle bus runs on scheduled times to the village of St. Moritz. Please call the front office to reserve your seat half an hour before departure and take notice of our schedule ». Our shuttle bus is not running without reservation.

Check-in
Check-in time is 4 pm.

Check-out
Check-out time is 11 am.

Pets
Animals are welcome at the Randolins. Please ask our front office team about the extra charges. Dogs are permitted in the Restaurant Stüvetta. However, no animals are allowed in the dining room.

Internet/wireless internet
We provide free wireless internet by Swisscom in all of our hotel rooms and public areas. You can log in either with an SMS code or with a voucher available at the reception desk.

Spa
Our spa area (textile sector and nacked area) contains a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, whirlpool inside and outside, as well as an infrared cabin. Open daily from 2am to 9pm. The nacked spa area is only available to adults and to children under 16 years accompanied by an adult. The textile sector is available to everyone. We request that you do not leave your children unattended in the spa area and that you do not jump into the pool from its edge. For hygienic reasons, small children must please always wear swimming diapers. The peace of other guests in the entire spa area must be respected at all times. After 6 pm, the spa area is reserved for adults.

Half board
If booked in advance for the entire stay, you benefit from our early bird special price of CHF 45.00 per person and evening for our 4-course dinner menu (salad buffet, soup, two main courses to choose from, and dessert; from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm). At the hotel or for single days, the menu costs CHF 53.00 per person (CHF 60.00 on evenings with buffet). If the adults book half board in advance, the children also receive a special price for their half board: 0-3 years free of charge, 4-7 years CHF 12.00, 8-11 years CHF 20.00, 12-15 years CHF 30.00.
