DIRECTIONS BY TRAIN

With the SBB (the Swiss train company) you can get to Chur from anywhere. The trip with the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) from Chur to Tiefencastel to St. Moritz, with its helical tunnels and breathtakingly high viaducts, is one of the most scenic train journey in Europe.

Another option is to travel from Landquart via Klosters and the Vereina Tunnel.

Arriving at the train station in St. Moritz, we can pick you up with our hotel shuttle bus. Pleae call us one day prior to arrival in order to reserve your seats in the shuttle bus (Phone +41 (0)81 830 83 83) and take notice of our schedule »

If you want to travel by train with hand luggage only you should have a look at the offer "Luggage Special": You will be able to have your luggage collected from any address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and it will delivered directly to the Randolins.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR

You can reach the Engadine by car comfortably and safely from anywhere in Switzerland, Italy, Germany or Austria.

Coming from Zürich, keep direction of "Chur". From the A13 from Chur, leave at "Thusis Süd" direction of "Tiefencastel". Take the "Julierpass-Strasse" heading to St. Moritz. From the Lej da Champfèr (lake of Champfèr) drive ca. 0.7 km direction of St. Moritz. Turn left at the junction direction of Champfèr/Suvretta. Go through Champfèr. (Attention: Unfortunately, some navigation systems indicate the wrong way in Champfèr. Do not drive up the narrow and steep street which is on your lefthand side but continue straight, following the yellow hotel signs "Randolins"). After 1 km there is another junction (Somplaz) turning left to St. Moritz Suvretta. From here you will find signs showing the way to our Hotel.

If snow has fallen, crossing the passes is only permitted with snow chains or in 4x4 vehicles. Please check the road conditions: www.strassen.gr.ch »

Vehicle transport by train
If you want to avoid driving over the mountain passes, you have the following possibility to transport your car by rail: Klosters/Selfranga - Sagliains in the Lower Engadin (you remain in your car on the car train)
