How is cheese made?
In the summer season, cheese is produced here twice daily (only once daily starting in September). Enjoy insights into this wonderful, ancient craft with your loved ones, which has something exciting and delicious to offer for both young and old visitors. You and your family can watch the cheese making process, and cream cheese and whey are also available for tasting.
